ICF homes are very energy-efficient, so they require a right-sized HVAC system—often smaller than a traditional home. We calculate the HVAC load for every home we build to ensure the perfect fit and consistent comfort.
Because of the high humidity in AR/OK and the airtight nature of ICF construction, we also require a built-in dehumidifier to maintain proper moisture levels and protect indoor air quality.
